Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing optimization of the Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system to align with organizational goals.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of facility‑related information within the CAFM.
- Lead the integration of the CAFM system with other enterprise software such as ERP and HRIS to streamline workflows and enhance data flow.
- Manage the CAFM system’s budget, including software licensing, maintenance, upgrades, and vendor contracts, to ensure cost‑effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5‑7 years of progressive experience in facility management, with at least 3 years focused on CAFM system implementation and administration.
- Proven expertise in managing and optimizing CAFM software (e.g., Archibus, FM:Systems, Tririga, Facilio, iOFFICE).
- Strong understanding of facility operations, building systems, and space management principles.
