Our client operates from one of the largest passenger car aftersales facilities in Riyadh with the capacity to simultaneously undertake repairs to over fifty vehicles. The group are seeking an experienced Aftersales Manager to provide the highest levels of customer service, achievement of KPIs and maximise revenue opportunities.
You will currently be working as an Aftersales Manager managing a high-volume aftersales centre preferably in the Middle East (or UK/European applicants) with volume/prestige European or Asian car brands.
Operating with a hands‑on approach to leadership, you will instil best practice, set annual budgets, operational targets and measure performance through results and KPIs.
This opportunity will suit someone who can navigate daily challenges and maintain excellent manufacturer relations. Your approach to AI and adoption of new technologies will be paramount as we step into the world of leaner processes.
Applicants must have two years validity on their passport and be in possession of schooling and higher educational qualifications. Granting of work visas are delayed by the Labour Ministry if certificates are not available on request.
