Site Logistics Manager — Mega Mixed‑Use Development Riyadh
Mace is hiring an experienced Site Logistics Manager to join our delivery team for one of Saudi Arabia's largest and most prestigious mixed‑use development programmes. The project includes world‑class sports facilities, entertainment venues, arts districts, and supporting infrastructure. This role involves leading logistics operations, managing site resources, and ensuring compliance with safety and programme standards to deliver efficient and high‑quality outcomes.

- Manage on‑site logistics operations and workforce levels, ensuring safe and efficient performance.
- Partner with the contracts manager on team resourcing and activity planning.
- Produce detailed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, including KPIs, early warning notices (EWNs), and RFIs.
- Coordinate with principal contractors and Tier 1 suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and adherence to scope.
- Oversee traffic management, delivery control, and waste collection schedules to optimize productivity.
- Conduct weekly audits of hired equipment and maintain accurate asset registers for all logistics plant and equipment.
- Lead health, safety, and environmental compliance in alignment with project and client requirements.
- Drive innovation in logistics methods to improve efficiency and meet contractual obligations.
- Manage site cleaning operations and monitor waste trends, traffic flows, and delivery volumes.
- Ensure timely processing of bookings, documentation, and notices to contractors and suppliers.
- CSCS Black Card accreditation.
- NVQ Level 3 Gold Card certification.
- SMSTS (Site Manager’s Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong background in logistics management for large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex site activities effectively.
- Experience in Middle East projects is an advantage; eligibility for Saudi Arabia visa required.
