We are looking for a Strategy & Insights Director who lives and breathes strategy, culture, creativity and innovation. This role is designed for a sharp strategic leader who can shape transformative thinking for some of the region’s most ambitious brands, inspire high-performing teams, and drive work that delivers both business impact and creative excellence.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, storyteller, collaborator and provocateur — someone who can challenge conventional thinking, unlock powerful human insights, and elevate both clients and creative teams through bold strategic direction.

As Strategy & Insights Director, you will lead strategic thinking across key client accounts while helping shape the future vision of the agency and the wider Groupe. You will partner closely with leadership, creative, data, media and client teams to deliver integrated, insight-led solutions that drive growth, effectiveness and award-winning work.

You will also play a critical role in developing strategic talent, driving innovation, contributing to new business efforts, and embedding the Power of One philosophy across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Creative Excellence
  • Lead and direct strategic development across top-tier regional and global clients.
  • Develop breakthrough brand, communication and cultural strategies rooted in human behaviour, data and insight.
  • Inspire creative teams through compelling briefs, provocative thinking and revelatory insights that move beyond observations and into true human truths.
  • Champion award-worthy creative thinking and partner with teams to drive impactful, culturally relevant work.
  • Lead and contribute to regional and global effectiveness and creative award submissions.
  • Proactively identify strategic opportunities that can transform brands, businesses and consumer experiences.
  • Drive strategic participation across all Groupe and agency open briefs and initiatives.
Innovation, Insights & Strategic Craft
  • Leverage data, research, technology and cultural intelligence to uncover meaningful opportunities for clients.
  • Monitor social, cultural, technological and behavioural trends and translate them into actionable business and creative opportunities.
  • Build strong knowledge of emerging technologies, AI tools, innovation platforms and industry partners to futureproof strategic recommendations.
  • Develop new approaches to storytelling, inspiration and strategic delivery that elevate creative output.
  • Act as the agency’s go‑to expert on client categories, competitive landscapes and market dynamics.
  • Continuously elevate the craft of strategic thinking across the team through mentorship, feedback and coaching.
Business Growth & Client Partnership
  • Play a leading role in new business pitches, strategic workshops and growth opportunities across the Groupe.
  • Build trusted senior‑level client relationships and confidently present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
  • Facilitate and lead workshops that unlock business, brand and creative opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver integrated solutions aligned to the Power of One model.
  • Actively contribute to the agency’s reputation, visibility and thought leadership within the market.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the next generation of strategic talent across the business.
  • Build strong succession plans and create growth opportunities for junior and mid‑level strategists.
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high‑performing team culture.
  • Encourage curiosity, creativity, continuous learning and strategic ambition across the team.
