The Project
Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new-build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed-use amenities, and introducing robust knowledge transfer to ensure operational excellence and long-term sustainability beyond construction.
You’ll Be Responsible For- Assists in implementing stakeholder and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with the Mace Control Centre and wider organisational frameworks.
- Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with clients and their representatives.
- Supports the delivery of functional management plans, including performance reporting and review activities.
- Contributes to the application of stakeholder and communications methodologies and the operational delivery of regional/team strategies.
- Provides guidance and day-to-day support to junior team members where required.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
- Degree qualification in a relevant subject, is essential.
- 9 years of post-graduate experience is essential.
- Professional membership is an advantage.
- Stadium experience is essential.
- Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
