Lead Specialist, Manpower, OD & Architecture

Assist in the process of designing and implementing the HR strategy, organization structure, workforce plans, job architecture and grading structure to reflect changes in the organization structure.

• Assist in the articulation and update of the HR strategy, building on input from various stakeholders
• Support in identifying and reviewing the design principles that suits TAWAL’s organization structure development process
• Assist in the process of developing TAWAL’s organization structures to accommodates business changes and needs
• Lead articulating the functional mandates for each organization structures function
• Collaborate with the HR leaders to collect and collate all the information needed to design or update TAWAL’s organization structures
• Design, maintain and implement TAWAL’s job architecture and grading Structure to reflect changes in the organization structure
• Manage workforce planning activities across TAWAL by studying and analysing the business supply and demand drivers and translating them into meaningful business insights that will the company decide on its manpower needs to achieve its short and long terms business objectives
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Line Manager in order to meet Section/Department objectives.

• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
• 4 years of experience
