Responsibilities
- Own the AWS partnership for Digico Solutions in the Kingdom end-to-end from co-sell motion and ACE pipeline hygiene to funding programs and partner tier progression.
- Own AWS KSA relationship management; daily working rhythm with AWS Partner Development Managers, PSAs, ISV team, public sector team, and segment AMs across the Kingdom, building co-sell pipeline.
- Drive ACE registration, approval, and launch velocity; own pipeline hygiene: every opportunity registered, updated, and progressed on time.
- Identify, structure, and submit MAP, MAP Lite, POC, IW Assess, Migration Credits, and Greenfield SMB funding into DS deals; treat funding as a deal-acceleration weapon, not paperwork.
- Build the plan to move DS from Advanced toward Premier competencies, certifications, customer references, and launched opportunities.
- Ensure every AWS conversation, intro, and funding submission lands in CRM within 24 hours; no relationships in someone’s head.
- Align with Vision 2030; map DS capabilities to KSA government and enterprise priorities, including RHQ-eligible accounts, sovereignty workloads, Saudization-friendly delivery models.
- Meet quota delivery: hit a number for AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced revenue with clear targets for ACE-launched opportunities and funded engagements.
- 7 years inside an AWS Advanced or Premier Consulting Partner, ideally in MENA, with at least 2 years focused on KSA accounts.
- Hands‑on operator in AWS Partner Central, ACE, and APN funding workflows; personally registered opportunities, submitted MAP applications, and closed funded engagements.
- Existing warm relationships with the AWS KSA field team (PDMs, PSAs, segment AMs).
- Track record of MAP‑funded migrations, POC‑funded engagements, or Vision 2030 aligned wins; can discuss deal‑by‑deal.
- Fluent English and Arabic; ability to navigate KSA enterprise and government buying culture.
- Comfortable carrying a quota and being measured weekly on pipeline and CRM hygiene.
- Saudi national or long‑term KSA resident with full work eligibility.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification (minimum);
Solutions Architect Associate or higher is a plus. - Experience working alongside ISVs and selling joint solutions on AWS Marketplace.
- Exposure to NCA, SAMA, or other KSA regulatory regimes that shape cloud buying decisions.
- Prior experience selling AI or GenAI services (Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock) into enterprise.
