Procurement Supervisor

• Responsible for planning and preparing the procurement executive programs that are ultimately intended to achieve the main objectives of the institution
• Responsible for planning the provision of needs through the approved suppliers of the company who are registered, evaluated and approved
• Responsible for issuing a registry record for suppliers that clarifies all the supplier data and constantly searches for new suppliers to reach the lowest prices, which will ultimately be in the interest of the institution
• Responsible for ensuring the supplier's capabilities to fulfill the requirements of purchase orders, requests for quotations and material questionnaire, prior to approval
• Responsible for following up the implementation of the plans for the procurement department
• Participate in preparing the procedures for the procurement department with the department representative for the quality system and the director of quality planning and assurance
• Suggesting improvements, remedial and preventive measures that would improve the work performance of its management
• Submit a weekly report to the managing director, to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, along with the reason
• All of the aforementioned must be done according to the official procedure approved by the Procurement Department

Experience in procurement of not less than seven years, of which three years at least
