Chief Strategy Officer

Our client is a large Saudi-based diversified group with interests spanning consumer, services, and industrial sectors. The organisation is entering a new phase of structured growth and long-term portfolio optimisation.

The Chief Strategy Officer will lead corporate strategy, long-range planning, and growth initiatives across the group. This role will work directly with the board and CEO to define strategic priorities, evaluate new markets, and assess investment opportunities. A key responsibility will be translating strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable outcomes. The CSO will oversee market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.

The role will also support M&A, partnerships, and portfolio reshaping initiatives. This position carries high visibility and influence at board level.

Candidates must have senior strategy leadership experience within large groups, investment environments, or top-tier consulting firms. Strong exposure to portfolio strategy and growth planning is essential. Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is highly preferred. The ideal candidate demonstrates analytical rigour, commercial insight, and executive presence. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are mandatory.
