The RoleThe Vice President will oversee customer operations, service delivery, and frontline performance. This role will manage large service teams and operational processes, focusing on improving service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics. The VP will work closely with digital, CX, and operations teams, lead service transformation initiatives, and hold executive accountability for service outcomes.
Candidate ProfileCandidates must have senior operations leadership experience within service‑driven environments, with strong exposure to customer operations erience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. The ideal profile demonstrates people leadership, operational discipline, and customer‑centric thinking.
