Ameera Talent Solutions has been exclusively retained to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on behalf of a well‑established and growing consulting firm in Saudi Arabia.

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a respected organisation into its next phase of growth. With ambitious expansion plans and a clear vision towards a future IPO, the Board is seeking a commercially driven leader who can build long‑term value, strengthen the business, and position the organisation for sustained success.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with outstanding commercial and financial leadership, bringing the experience needed to scale a consulting business while maintaining operational excellence, strong governance, and a high‑performing culture.

• Lead the overall strategic direction and execution of the company's long‑term growth plans.
• Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
• Lead the organisation's journey towards IPO readiness, ensuring the business is investor‑ready from both an operational and financial perspective.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and long‑term financial planning.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing executive leadership team.
• Strengthen corporate governance, compliance, operational excellence, and risk management frameworks.
• Lead business transformation initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Board of Directors, shareholders, strategic partners, government entities, investors, and key clients.
• Provide regular strategic updates to the Board while ensuring the organisation achieves its commercial and financial objectives.

We're looking for an accomplished executive with a proven track record of leading consulting or professional services organisations.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience as a CEO, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO), General Manager, or Business Unit Director within a consulting, advisory, or professional services environment.
• Outstanding executive leadership with a proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams.
• Extensive experience developing and executing business strategy that delivers sustainable commercial growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with significant experience in financial management, P&L ownership, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic business planning.
• A solid understanding of corporate governance, Board reporting, executive decision‑making, and organisational accountability.
• Experience leading business transformation and organisational change within complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Boards, shareholders, investors, government stakeholders, and executive leadership teams.
• Experience preparing organisations for IPO, private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, or major corporate restructuring would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.

Working Pattern:
Full-time, office-based. This is an on‑site executive leadership position.

Saudi Nationals are strongly preferred. Exceptional international candidates with extensive consulting leadership experience and a strong understanding of the Saudi market will also be considered.
