Job Purpose
To lead the development and execution of the organization s strategic and operational plans by analyzing business performance, aligning departmental goals with corporate objectives and providing actionable insights that support effective decision‑making and long‑term growth.
Responsibilities- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to think strategically and evaluate complex information.
- Oversee corporate strategy and planning, providing relevant strategic process insights.
- Develop company statements (Vision, Mission, Long‑term 3‑5 years).
- Assess strategic position using analysis tools (PESTEL, SWOT, Five Forces).
- Develop business plans short‑term (1 year) and long‑term (3‑5 years).
- Formulate and adapt corporate strategy and develop a KPI library.
- Develop strategic long‑term and short‑term goals and initiatives.
- Act as secretary of the Management Committee (MC) and track corporate actions.
- Prepare the Board of Directors agenda and manage all related activities for Board engagements and communications.
- In‑depth analysis of current and past trends for financial reporting including all areas of revenue, cost of sales and expenses.
- Develop mid‑year and year‑end company reports.
- Develop scenario planning models to assess potential risks and opportunities under different market conditions.
- Establish a corporate performance‑management framework linking strategy to execution through cascading KPIs.
- Facilitate strategy workshops with executive leadership to refine priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement the company s strategic planning process, including setting objectives, identifying key initiatives and monitoring progress.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks that may impact the company s strategic direction.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather input and insights for strategic decision‑making.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and making adjustments as necessary.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present performance insights and recommendations to executives.
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience; preferred in the big four.
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks and performance management systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with corporate governance processes, KPI development, and risk assessment methodologies is highly valued.
- Knowledge of market analysis tools (PESTEL, SWOT, Porter s Five Forces) and scenario planning is a plus.
- Exposure to M&A strategy, financial modeling, and feasibility studies is plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of launching successful products and managing the full product lifecycle.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Translation skills.
