Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Sana Tourism is a Saudi Destination Management Company (DMC), providing comprehensive tourism solutions and organizing integrated travel experiences for corporate clients, MICE events, B2B partnerships, and premium leisure travelers exploring the beauty of Saudi Arabia’s diverse destinations.

We are seeking a Project Manager who is passionate, commercially driven, and energetic to join our growing team in Riyadh
.

End-to-End Project Management: Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle—from initiation, planning, and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, handover, and final closeout.

Strategic Planning & Delivery: Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, budgets, schedules, and KPIs) ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Government Procurement & Etimad Platform: Fully manage all project-related activities through the Saudi Government Etimad Platform
. Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, technical/financial proposals, and monitor contract awards and payment requests in full compliance with government regulations.

Team Leadership &

Collaboration:

Manage multidisciplinary project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate closely with internal departments, clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

Financial &

Risk Management:

Oversee project cost control, budget forecasting, and cash flow monitoring. Identify potential risks early and implement effective mitigation and corrective action plans.

Contract & Scope Management: Manage project scope changes, variation orders, claims, procurement coordination, and contractor performance throughout the lifecycle.

Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present executive dashboards, progress updates, and project documentation to senior management and key stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Tourism & Hospitality, or a related field (PMP certification is a strong plus).

Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with exposure to large-scale events, corporate tourism, MICE, or complex operations.

Etimad Expertise: Deep operational knowledge and hands‑on experience dealing with the Saudi Government Etimad Platform and government procurement processes.

Languages: Professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Skills: Exceptional leadership, risk management, financial acumen, contract administration, and stakeholder management skills.

Network: A strong Riyadh-based professional network is preferred.
