Responsibilities
- Develop annual plans and budgets
- Monitor KPIs for delivery services
- Manage local teams focusing on training and development
- Ensure compliance and address emergencies
- Oversee day-to-day logistics operations at the station
- Manage, train, and supervise station staff
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Fleet, Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in logistics or management
- 2+ years in operations management
- Experience leading teams of 10+ people
- Background in cross-border e-commerce or the Middle East market is advantageous
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
