Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Program ​/ Project Manager

Groundcontrol Entertainment is expanding across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team and lead the successful delivery of our upcoming entertainment projects.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong experience managing projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Driving license is a must.
• Able to work independently and take full ownership of projects.
• Excellent knowledge of project planning, scheduling, coordination, and site execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, fit‑out works, and coordination with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, budget, and deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.

• Previous experience in the entertainment, leisure, family entertainment centers (FEC), retail, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
• Experience with bowling centers, family entertainment centers, or indoor leisure projects is a plus.

• Lead projects from design coordination through construction, installation, and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal design teams.
• Develop and monitor project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions.
• Conduct regular site visits and oversee project quality and progress.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Groundcontrol’s quality standards.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
