Project Manager; Saudi National

Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned AHB projects, managing scope, timelines, resources, budget, and client expectations. Coordinate design, commercial, and construction execution teams, enforce project governance, and ensure each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to AHB's quality and safety standards — maintaining client trust throughout the project lifecycle.

• Define, baseline, and continuously monitor project scope, schedule, and cost parameters.
• Identify potential scope deviations early and propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage variation orders: assess cost and schedule impacts and process through the correct governance channels.
• Maintain accurate project forecasts and proactively flag risks to the PMO Manager.

• Serve as the primary client interface throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct structured progress reviews, clearly communicate deliverable status, and manage expectation alignment.
• Address client concerns promptly and elevate unresolvable issues with supporting context to PMO Manager.
• Ensure client satisfaction is monitored at mid-project and project-end milestones.

• Assign responsibilities to Project Coordinator and provide direction to design, commercial, and construction teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between TDO, Commercial, and CO to ensure seamless delivery.
• Resolve execution blockers and manage interdependencies across project work streams.
• Chair regular project team meetings and maintain clear action ownership.

• Maintain and update project risk logs, issue trackers, and schedule forecasts on a weekly basis.
• Recommend and implement preventive and corrective measures before risks materialize.
• Escalate critical risks with clear impact analysis and recommended mitigations.

• Submit regular project status reports to the PMO Manager and relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain versioned and audit-ready project documentation and correspondence records.
• Ensure project closure documentation, lessons learned, and final account are completed on time.
