Requirements Manager – Airport Technology Transformation About the Role
Are you passionate about shaping the future of airport operations and passenger experience?
We are seeking an experienced Requirements Manager to lead requirements management across a large‑scale airport technology transformation program. This strategic leadership role will be responsible for ensuring that business, operational, and technical requirements are captured, governed, prioritized, and successfully delivered across multiple airport work streams and technology vendors.
You will work closely with airport stakeholders, airlines, solution architects, business analysts, and delivery teams to ensure requirements align with the airport's strategic vision, operational objectives, and future‑state technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end requirements management across the airport transformation program.
- Establish and govern requirements management processes, standards, and traceability frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions with airport stakeholders and operational teams.
- Manage and coordinate requirements across key airport domains, including:
- Airport Operations
- Security
- Asset Management
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business priorities, operational needs, and solution architecture.
- Oversee change control processes, impact assessments, and scope management activities.
- Provide executive‑level reporting on requirements status, risks, dependencies, and program progress.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts and Requirements Specialists.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, governance frameworks, and tools for effective requirements management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, TOGAF, or Agile certifications are highly desirable.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.
- 5+ years of experience leading requirements teams on large‑scale and complex transformation programs.
- Proven experience within airport, aviation, transportation, or critical infrastructure environments.
- Strong expertise in:
- Requirements governance
- Requirements traceability
- Change control
- Experience working in multi‑vendor delivery and Systems Integration (SI) environments.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and other requirements management tools.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
Experience with airport technologies, including:
- Airport Operational Database (AODB)
- Flight Information Display Systems (FIDS)
- Resource Management Systems (RMS)
- Common Use Self‑Service (CUSS)
- Common Use Terminal Equipment (CUTE)
- Passenger Processing and Airport Security Systems
- Airport Systems Integration Programs
- Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) Programs
