Responsibilities
- Lead and implement facility management programs aligned with business goals and budgets.
- Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance of systems and infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure quality service and cost-efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the facility management budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental laws.
- Lead and manage facility projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency and waste reduction.
- Manage and develop the facility management team for high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in facility management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management abilities, with experience in overseeing complex projects.
