We are looking for an experienced Shared Services Excellence Manager to lead and oversee critical shared services functions within a leading bank in Saudi Arabia.
Lead Shared Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across shared services functions.
Oversee Shared Services Budgeting & Financial Control
, ensuring effective financial planning, monitoring, and governance.
Develop, implement, and manage the Shared Performance Management & KPI Framework to drive operational effectiveness and business performance.
Drive Shared Services Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and organizational performance.
Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen governance, financial control, and operational excellence.
Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement initiatives that optimize shared service operations.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, Operational Excellence, Governance, Performance Management, and Financial Oversight
. - Proven experience leading Shared Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
- Strong experience in Shared Services Budgeting & Financial Control
. - Hands‑on experience developing and managing Performance Management & KPI Frameworks
. - Demonstrated success in driving Shared Services Excellence and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Previous experience within the Banking or Financial Services sector is highly preferred
. - Saudi nationals will be given preference.
