Overview
An executive communications & project management role with junior project manager responsibilities, reporting to the communications manager and director, and working closely with consultants and the creative services manager. The role is the core team for all four pillars (strategy, creative, content hub, production), ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, schedules, planning, resource allocation, monitoring, and quality control are on track until project closure.
Responsibilities- Technical & Product
- Proven experience in project management.
- Ability to lead project teams of various sizes through completion.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, , Trello, Basecamp).
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
- Budget management experience.
- Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures.
- Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Ability to address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency
- Work with the creative services manager and align on project timelines.
- Manage PMs and communications consultants on client projects, organizing from concept approval to completion.
- Troubleshoot issues that could slow process efficiencies and cut costs.
- Outsource and find freelancers when needed.
- Establish effective project communication plans (CPS) and ensure their execution on time.
- Follow the project's progress and mitigate problems.
- Evaluate post-project outcomes by preparing status reports.
- Submit project deliverables and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Facilitate change requests to keep all parties informed of schedule and budget impacts.
- Enforce deadlines and maintain efficiency across teams.
- Schedule project-related meetings.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to PMs and traffic.
- Encourage communication among team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, advertising, marketing, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year experience with project management theory and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision‑making skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
