- Lead, supervise, and manage FM technicians’ daily activities and workload distribution.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate breakdown response and escalation management.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
- Manage technician attendance, schedules, shifts, and performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders when required.
- Monitor asset performance and report recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and operational updates.
- Support spare parts planning and inventory control.
- At least 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or technical operations.
- Previous experience leading or supervising technicians preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with CMMS/CAFM systems and reporting tools.
