Lead the establishment and growth of Leasing Co, Golf Saudi's golf-equipment leasing business, from a lean Day‑1 setup through to a mature, steady‑state operation. The General Manager owns the overall business outcome across commercial performance, asset value preservation, and stakeholder confidence, while building the organization methodically and leaning on Golf Saudi shared services until in‑house capability is justified. The role centers on organizational leadership, client and stakeholder management rather than deep technical specialization in any single function.

Responsibilities
  • Stand up the legal entity and operating model, sequencing the build from launch to steady state against pre‑defined activation triggers rather than over‑hiring early.
  • Own the Leasing Co P&L and the organization‑level KPIs reported to GS Hold Co, cascading accountability down to function directors and their teams.
  • Lead the three core divisions (Finance, Commercial, and Operations) plus the Administration group as it transitions in‑house from Golf Saudi shared services.
  • Drive the pilot with internal Golf Saudi courses (e.g., Riyadh and Dammam Golf Clubs) through purchase‑and‑leaseback, then open and convert the external‑course pipeline.
  • Secure and manage the equity or financing partner and preferred OEM or distributor relationships, and lead any joint‑venture structuring and governance.
  • Manage interaction touchpoints with other Golf Saudi operating companies (management, advisory, and construction) to originate demand across the course lifecycle.
  • Set commercial direction across pricing strategy, packaging, and target margins in partnership with Finance, protecting unit economics and residual asset value.
  • Build and motivate the leadership team, and ensure compliance, governance, and regulatory alignment within the KSA market.
Role Qualifications Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Postgraduate qualification (e.g., MBA) preferred.

Experience

+8 years of experience as Senior general‑management or P&L‑leadership track record, ideally in leasing, asset finance, equipment operations, or a comparable capital‑intensive services business, including demonstrated experience standing up or scaling a business unit.

Technical Skills

Strong commercial judgment across pricing, revenue management, and capital financing; organizational design and partner or joint‑venture management; working knowledge of the KSA market including compliance, governance, and regulatory context. Familiarity with the golf industry or agronomy is a plus, not a requirement.

Soft Skills

Strategic thinking, stakeholder and client management at board and shareholder level, talent leadership, and sound judgment under ambiguity.
