The Senior Conference Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jiddah, responsible for leading the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences and large-scale events. Day-to-day tasks include defining event objectives, creating detailed project plans, coordinating timelines, and overseeing logistics such as venue selection, vendor management, and technical requirements. The role involves managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring that events are delivered on time and within financial targets.
The Senior Conference Manager will guide cross-functional teams, supervise conference staff, and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, and attendees to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This position also requires continuously improving processes, analyzing event performance, and contributing strategic ideas to elevate CLASS PROvia's conference portfolio.
- Candidates should possess strong Conference Management and Conference Organization skills to lead complex, large-scale events.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning skills, including venue coordination, scheduling, and logistics oversight.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to develop, manage, and track event budgets effectively.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to deliver excellent experiences for attendees, sponsors, exhibitors, and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing major conferences or corporate events, ideally in a senior or leadership capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills with experience supervising teams and collaborating across departments.
- Proficiency with event management software and common office productivity tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
