About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our Project Management Consultancy team. This is a client-facing role supporting the Project Director in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will play a key role in project planning, stakeholder management, progress monitoring, reporting, and executive-level presentations. The role requires an individual who can confidently engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Project Director in the day-to-day management and delivery of major infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Civil, MEP, design consultants, contractors, and specialist advisors.
- Monitor project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining master programmes and project execution plans.
- Lead progress review meetings and coordinate actions to resolve project issues and mitigate delays.
- Prepare high-quality client presentations, executive reports, dashboards, KPIs, and project status updates.
- Interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Support contract administration, change management, risk management, and claims avoidance.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditure, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
- Support project governance, document management, approvals, and reporting processes.
- Assist in project handover, close‑out activities, and lessons learned workshops.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical).
- Minimum 10–15 years of professional experience in infrastructure project delivery.
- Minimum 7 years of experience on major infrastructure projects within the Middle East.
- Experience working with a construction consultancy or project management consultancy will be highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and project controls.
- Proven experience in client‑facing roles with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong reporting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience preparing progress reports, KPIs, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Microsoft Project, and project management systems.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
