Director - Asset Management

• Lead portfolio-level management of social assets to ensure readiness, service quality, lifecycle performance, commercialization, optimization, and long-term value realization across City Operations
• Drive asset lifecycle planning and portfolio performance management across city assets
• Oversee service quality management and handover readiness to support operational success
• Translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs
• Coordinate across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions to align asset management priorities

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, asset management, economics, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience leading asset management across large-scale city or infrastructure portfolios
• Commercial awareness across leasing, partnerships, service charge, cost recovery, and value optimization
• Hands‑on experience with asset lifecycle planning, service quality management, handover readiness, and portfolio performance management
• Ability to translate operational needs into stage gate requirements and readiness inputs
• Experience coordinating across operators, FM providers, and City Operations functions
