We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the daily operations of a car rental company based in Riyadh, with a strong focus on nationwide expansion across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operations, logistics, and project management, with proven experience in the car rental or related industry.

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operational activities.
• Develop and execute strategic expansion plans across the Kingdom.
• Lead and manage operational projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Optimize operational performance, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Manage, train, and motivate operational teams to achieve high performance.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze operational data to drive decision-making.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, customer service, sales, logistics).
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• Proven experience in the car rental industry or a closely related field.
• Strong background in operations management, logistics, and business expansion.
• Relevant academic degree or professional certification (e.g., Operations, Logistics, Project Management).
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in operational systems and reporting tools.
