A rapidly growing retail-focused company is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its operations in Saudi Arabia during an exciting phase of expansion. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial expertise with proven experience managing nationwide sales operations and driving profitable business growth.
The role is responsible for the overall commercial, operational, and financial performance of the business across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all business operations across Saudi Arabia.
- Develop and execute the country business strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Drive retail sales performance and oversee nationwide store operations.
- Own the country P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities, including new store openings.
- Monitor key business KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, business partners, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA qualification (mandatory).
- 12+ years of leadership experience, including managing nationwide retail sales operations.
- Proven experience with full P&L ownership and business expansion.
- Strong commercial, financial, and operational leadership skills.
- Previous experience in the Saudi market is a must.
