Car Sale Yard Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of the Car Sale Yard, with a strong focus on vehicle auction activities
, inventory management, vehicle readiness, and coordinating the end-to-end auction process. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of used car sales and auction operations.

• Supervise the daily operations of the Car Sale Yard.
• Manage and oversee vehicle auction activities and ensure smooth auction operations.
• Coordinate vehicle preparation, inspection, and readiness prior to auctions.
• Monitor vehicle inventory, movement, and stock accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Fleet, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Lead and supervise the yard team to achieve operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in automotive, car rental, vehicle sales, or a related industry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  
  Valid driving license is required.
