Sales Acquisition Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our partner acquisition efforts. This leadership role manages a team of Sales Specialists, driving performance, coaching the team, and ensuring acquisition targets are achieved. Focused on team performance and market expansion rather than individual quota carrying.

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targets.
• Own and deliver against team-level targets (no individual quota).
• Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and markets.
• Build, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the team.
• Support the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closures.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partners.
• Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the team.
• Identify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, account management) to maximize partner success.
• Use data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategies.

• 5-8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition roles.
• Proven experience managing and leading sales teams.
• Strong track record of delivering team-based targets.
• Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex deal closures.
• Experience in marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or F&B industries is a plus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
