Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overarching agricultural strategy aligning with organizational goals and market trends to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Oversee all aspects of agricultural operations, including crop management, livestock production, land utilization and resource allocation to ensure peak efficiency.
Lead and mentor a diverse team of agricultural professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and high performance.
Manage the agricultural budget, financial planning and investment decisions, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing return on investment.
Qualifications- Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Agronomy, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10‑15 years of progressive leadership experience within the agricultural sector, with a proven track record in managing large‑scale operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in diverse agricultural systems (large‑scale row crops, horticulture, livestock, aquaculture).
- Strong understanding of modern agricultural technologies, including precision agriculture, biotechnology, and digital farming solutions.
