Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless workflow and adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of employees fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing or logistics industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams to achieve performance targets
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
