Director - Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts

As Director - Commercial Program-Wide Contracts you will provide senior commercial leadership across a broad contract portfolio helping to shape how major programs are governed negotiated and managed. The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making working across client consultant contractor and government interfaces to support effective delivery manage risk and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale.

• Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios
• Oversee contract negotiation administration and compliance for major infrastructure programs
• Manage commercial risk claims and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholders
• Drive cost control change management and value optimization initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline.
• 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs.
• Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance.
• Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level.

• Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract forms.
• Knowledge of government procurement frameworks.
• Experience with major EPC-style contract administration.
