The center of alfanar's industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.
Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar's facilities.
The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.
Job PurposeManage industrial security operations across company facilities by developing and enforcing security policies, overseeing security systems, coordinating with government authorities, managing security risks, supervising security personnel, and ensuring effective emergency preparedness and incident response in line with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Functional Responsibilities Security Policies and Procedures- Develop and enforce comprehensive industrial security policies and procedures in line with organizational requirements.
- Ensure security policies and procedures are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements and recognized industry practices.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of site access control systems across company facilities.
- Manage surveillance systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarm systems to ensure effective facility security coverage.
- Coordinate with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with national security standards and requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to industrial security operations.
- Lead periodic security audits and risk assessments across company facilities to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and follow up on corrective action plans to mitigate identified security risks.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of internal security staff and contracted security personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure adherence to professional conduct and security standards.
- Develop, implement, and regularly test site-specific emergency response plans.
- Coordinate emergency drills and simulations to ensure readiness for different security and emergency scenarios.
- Conduct regular security training and awareness sessions for employees across all levels.
- Promote employee awareness of security practices, emergency protocols, and workplace safety requirements.
- Lead security incident response activities, including initial containment, investigation, and resolution.
- Ensure all security-related incidents are reported accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to recruit, recognize and cultivate high performers and expose them in order to create a robust second line of management.
- Ability to recognize low performers and guide them to improve or release them.
- Ability to treat subordinates equally without any discrimination.
- Assessment criteria of subordinates is performance that leads to planned results.
- Ensure availability of delegation of authority matrix to have sufficient delegations as per company policy.

- Must take full responsibility for his operation as per the job description and the required deliverables from this position, taking into consideration the general company guidelines.

- Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses to achieve the optimum cost efficiency.
Organizational Development:
- Develop the organizational structure according to the current requirements taking into consideration future and development plans.
- Ensure availability of job descriptions for all job roles and deployment.
