Join us in Riyadh as a System Migration Manager, where you will lead the seamless integration of the Metro Line 2 extension. Your expertise will help connect communities and ensure safe, reliable journeys for all who depend on our systems.

Your role , Your impact

• Oversee the transition from the existing metro line to the new 8-kilometer extension, ensuring all systems are integrated smoothly.
• Coordinate design, installation, and testing & commissioning (TNC) activities across signaling, telecom, power supply, and track systems.
• Collaborate with the client, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain consistency and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Report directly to the consortium product director, playing a key role in project leadership and decision-making.
• Drive the project forward by ensuring timely delivery, addressing challenges, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As System Migration Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering a critical infrastructure project for RIyadh's growing metro network.

What you bring

• Proven experience in system engineering and turnkey metro migration projects, with a strong background in TNC activities.
• Deep understanding of signaling and telecom subsystems, with the ability to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and engaging high-performing, adaptable teams.
• Ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders, fostering collaboration and trust.
• Track record of delivering results, acting with ownership, and driving projects to successful completion.

How success is measured

• Seamless integration and commissioning of the Metro Line 2 extension, meeting all technical and safety standards.
• On-time delivery of project milestones and effective management of resources and risks.
• Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders, including customer validation of project outcomes.
