what success looks like Own the commercial P amp L revenue margin and profitable new business across corporate national industry and regional sales Restore growth and rebuild the commercial engine structure account coverage targets and performance discipline Lead sales marketing pricing and customer experience as one aligned commercial function Own key-account and government giga-project relationships at the most senior level Drive Saudization of the commercial front line and build the Saudi commercial-leadership pipeline Rebuild the incentive and pricing-governance framework rewarding profitable new business simple timely and well governed Partner with operations and technology to turn commercial strategy into delivered service and customer value

A proven senior commercial leader (CCO / VP Commercial / Commercial Director) in logistics, courier / express, supply chain, or a comparable large B2B service sector . Demonstrated P&L ownership and a track record of profitable revenue growth and commercial turnaround . Deep Saudi / GCC market knowledge, with established key-account and government / giga-project relationships . A strong leader of scaled, multi-region commercial teams , with proven Saudization delivery .

Commercial and financial acumen (pricing, margin, deal governance) and the stakeholder skill to drive change in a transforming organisation. Arabic and English. Saudi nationals and Saudi-market-proven leaders strongly preferred.
