Senior Projects Manager

Our client is a growing organization operating in the advertising, signage, and events industry, seeking an experienced Senior Projects Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact branding and installation projects. The Senior Projects Manager will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle of signage, branding, and event installation projects, from initial planning and coordination through production, installation, and final handover. The role requires a technically strong professional with excellent project management capabilities, experience in site execution, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, production teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of signage, branding, and event installation projects.
• Review project requirements, technical specifications, and drawings to develop execution plans.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to identify installation requirements and project challenges.
• Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, logistics, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site installation activities and ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, material usage, and cost-control measures.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, landlords, and suppliers throughout project execution.
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues to maintain project progress.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during fabrication, installation, and final handover.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and completion documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and installation teams to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution processes and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within signage, advertising, branding, events, fabrication, or related industries.
• Proven experience managing installation projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of signage production, fabrication processes, and site installation requirements.
• Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and installation teams.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is considered an advantage.
