Chief Strategy Officer

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) plays a critical leadership role within the executive team, responsible for shaping the strategic direction and long-term vision of the organization. The CSO collaborates with cross-functional leadership to conduct comprehensive market assessments, drive strategic planning processes, and prioritize key initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and goals. • A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, corporate development, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies that drive organizational growth and improve market positioning.
• Demonstrable experience in business transformation and change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and strategic modeling techniques, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategy.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including the Board of Directors, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a relevant field is highly preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
