Description
The Channel Team Lead – Hub Delivery will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs) tasked with onboarding, and managing local retail partners in Amazon’s Hub Delivery program. This is a leadership role that combines field execution with strategic vision, ensuring that ADEs achieve activation, and performance targets while maintaining Amazon’s high delivery standards. The Channel Lead will serve as coach, problem-solver, and results driver, enabling their team to succeed in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
Key Job Responsibilities- 1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ADEs, ensuring consistent execution of Amazon’s Hub Delivery model
- 2. Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management
- 3. Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence
- 4. Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality
- 5. Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans
- 6. Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality
- 7. Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability
