We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager or Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As Senior Manager or Manager, you will take a leadership role in managing major projects for our prestigious clients. The ideal candidate will come from a background inconsulting and possess extensive experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Lead the planning,execution,monitoring,and closing phases of major projects,including handling client relationships,coordinatingbetween advisory teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans,schedules,andtrackers.
• Effectively manage project resources,budgets,and timelines.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with all project stakeholders,including clients,team members,and otherexternal partners.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams toachieve project objectives.
• Provide regular status updates and reports tosenior management.
• Foster strong client relationships through excellent stakeholder management.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices inproject management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels,from senior management to project teams.
• Understand and meet the client's needs and expectations.
• Manage client expectations and keep them informed of project progress and any challenges.
• Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Coordinate the work of different advisoryconsortiums,including financial,technical,and legalworkstreams.
• Ensure that all work streams are aligned and working towards the same goals.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise between the work streams.
• Lead drafting key deliverables for public sectorprojects,including business cases,financial/VFM models, and project documentation.
• Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements of the client and the relevant government authorities.
• Coordinate with the client and other stakeholders to ensure that all necessary information is collected and submitted in a timely manner.
• Develop and issue tender documents.
• Manage the tender process and evaluate bids.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA/CA or relevant advanced degree is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estateconsulting.
• Proven track record of success in delivering largeand complex projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
• Language:
  Bilingual Arabic and English.
• Certifications and Licenses: PMP desired.
