Risk Manager - Saudi National Risk Manager LOCATION Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Reporting to the Project Director responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the program risk management plan. project description The project is a major infrastructure programme for a mixed-use development aiming to be a global landmark recognized for its unique vision and position as an authentic destination in Riyadh. The community will be a distinct, self-sustaining hub for Riyadh offering several iconic assets.

K  will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.

• Developing risk management standards, policies and procedures
• Establishing and managing the program risk management plan
• Coordination with program management team, Consultants and Contractors on all aspects of risk management
• Run and facilitate risk management workshops
• Maintenance and analysis of the risk register
• Facilitate development, implementation and tracking of mitigation actions
• Provide monthly and weekly reports
• Preparing and making presentations

• BSc construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum overall relevant experience 15 years.
• Minimum relevant experience in the role projects 10 years.
• Minimum Regional Experience 5years.
• Required professional memberships and charter ships required (MIRM or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of risk management techniques.
• · Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil infrastructure projects.
• Ability effectively indentify, analyse and recommend risk mitigation actions.
• Experienced user of MS Office and risk management software.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
