Planning Manager

JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a Planning Manager to enhance our project management capabilities within the exciting realm of social infrastructure development in Saudi Arabia. As a Planning Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning processes on key projects, ensuring effective time management, resource allocation, and alignment with the overall strategic objectives of Vision 2030. • Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules in accordance with project goals and timelines.

• Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure all facets of the project are included in the planning process.

• Monitor project progress, identify any potential issues, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.

• Present regular updates and reporting to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Evaluate project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior planning staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to discussions on project viability and planning strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning within the construction or infrastructure sector.

• Proficient in planning software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
