About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of security and software system projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, with a preference for those who have direct experience with HCIS regulations and standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring quality, compliance, budget, and timeline adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently from award through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.
• Develop project execution strategies, master schedules, resource plans, and recovery plans to achieve contractual milestones.
• Lead and coordinate Project Engineers, Site Managers, Engineering, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Finance, and Subcontractors across all assigned projects.
• Monitor project KPIs include progress, SPI, CPI, budget, cash flow, CTC, ETC, EAC, Gross Profit, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, delays, and implement timely mitigation and recovery actions.
• Ensure timely engineering approvals, procurement of long-lead materials, subcontractor performance, and site readiness.
• Manage client relationships, conduct progress review meetings, resolve technical and contractual issues, and ensure timely approvals.
• Review and manage contractual correspondence, claims, variation orders, extension of time (EOT), invoices, and payment collections.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company procedures, quality standards, HSE regulations, and client specifications.
• Provide regular portfolio performance reports, forecasts, executive dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, knowledge sharing, and successful project close-out across all assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 + years of project management experience in security systems, ICT, or related fields.
• HCIS experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification is a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is an advantage.
• Willingness to work full-time at the project site in Riyadh.
