The successful candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience in meeting tight deadlines. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the project team, ensuring the team is productive and that projects are completed on time. This includes managing all stakeholders of the project, developing plans for progress tracking, reporting on project performance, providing feedback to the team, and keeping records of project activities.

The ideal candidate should possess great communication skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate should also have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate others to complete tasks efficiently. Additionally, they should have an understanding of software development processes such as Agile Methodology.
