You will be responsible for leading major hyperscale and mission-critical Data Centre programmes, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving project delivery excellence.
The successful candidate will bring extensive experience from a PMC, construction consultancy, or client-side environment, with a proven track record of managing large, complex Data Centre developments from strategy through execution.
Alongside programme leadership, you will play a key role in client development, market growth, and identifying new business opportunities across the region.
Lead the delivery of large-scale Data Centre programmes across the region
Act as the senior client-facing lead and strategic advisor for key accounts.
Establish and maintain strong executive-level relationships with developers, hyperscalers, investors, and delivery partners.
Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams including project management, project controls, commercial management, planning, risk, and reporting functions.
Oversee programme governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Drive programme performance against cost, schedule, quality, and operational readiness objectives.
Provide strategic guidance during project planning, procurement, design management, and construction phases.
Lead internal teams and supply chain partners to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Support the development and execution of account plans and regional growth strategies.
Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective client organisations.
Support bids, proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives.
Represent Accenture at industry events, conferences, and client engagements throughout the region.
Mentor and develop future leaders within the business while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Experience delivering major capital projects.
Extensive Data Centre experience, ideally delivering hyperscale or mission‑critical facilities.
Strong background within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC), construction consultancy, or client‑side delivery organisation.
Proven experience leading complex programmes valued in excess of $500m.
Experience operating at executive stakeholder level with international clients.
Demonstrable experience in business development, account management, and client growth activities
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Professional membership with a recognised institution (APM, RICS, CIOB, PMI, ICE or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Experience in the Middle East market is desirable.
