Head of Food Service

We are retained by a major food service business operating across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to identify an exceptional Head of Food Service in General Manager capacity. This is a confidential search for a high-impact P&L leader who will shape the future of a well-established, high-growth operation.

As GM, you will hold full P&L accountability for the Saudi business, reporting to the Board. You will lead a multi-functional organization spanning Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and cultural transformation across the Kingdom.

• Deliver revenue, gross margin, and EBIT targets; own the annual budget and long-range plan
• Drive customer acquisition, penetration, and retention with a disciplined focus on key accounts
• Lead working capital optimization across inventory, receivables, and payables
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and joint business plans; grow private label contribution
• Champion digital transformation, CRM adoption, and data-driven decision-making
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching, succession planning, and talent development
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and partnerships aligned to the Group's long-term strategy

• Proven GM or Country Manager with full P&L ownership in FMCG, food service distribution, or wholesale
• Track record of delivering commercial growth and operational efficiency in the Saudi or GCC market
• Strong financial acumen : working capital management, ROFE, cash conversion cycle
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to build and inspire large, cross-functional teams
• Digital-first mindset; experience driving CRM, ERP, and digital sales adoption
• Based in, or ready to relocate to, Riyadh at own cost
