PMO Commercial Manager - Saudi National

Our client is looking for an experienced PMO Commercial Manager to join a major mixed-use development programme in Riyadh.

This opportunity involves working on a major mixed-use development consisting of 200+ projects
, including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail, hotels, commercial buildings, educational facilities, residential developments, and infrastructure.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting consistent cost control and reporting across multiple projects within the programme.
• Overseeing cost planning, benchmarking, cost reporting, cash flow, procurement, contract, and claims reporting.
• Chairing monthly commercial review meetings.
• Maintaining and improving cost-control databases to accurately track actual costs.
• Managing project control budgets against approved benchmarks.
• Tracking project accruals and commitments against budget.
• Preparing project forecasts, including ETC and EAC
  .
• Monitoring contingency and exposure related to project risks.
• Supporting project change control processes.
• Identifying and reporting key project trends to support commercial decision-making.
• Supporting commercial processes, audits, reviews, and assurance activities.

You’ll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience working on high-value projects/programmes within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC).
• Strong experience in large-scale mixed-use developments
  , including hospitality, residential, and cultural projects.
• Experience working within a Programme Management Office (PMO) or complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Power Pivot, Power Query, and DAX is an advantage.
• Familiarity with PMIS platforms and Power BI
  .
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred.
