Develop and execute the annual sales strategy for KSA in alignment with Group targets Identify pursue and convert new business opportunities across construction oil gas industrial and government sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients consultants main contractors and specifiers Drive specification-led sales by engaging with M E consultants and fire engineers at early project stages Monitor the project pipeline prepare bid submissions negotiate commercial terms and close contracts Represent FSIME at industry events trade shows and client meetings across KSA.
OperationsDelivery
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of passive fire protection projects from contract award through installation inspection and handover Manage site operations teams subcontractors and on-ground resources to ensure quality safety and schedule adherence Coordinate with the Dubai HQ for procurement material logistics technical support and finance approvals Ensure all installations comply with KSA Civil Defense NFPA SASO SFDA standards and client specifications Oversee the MIR Material Indent Request and procurement workflows for KSA operations Implement and maintain HSE protocols across all active project sites.
ReportingGovernance
Take full ownership of the KSA business P L revenue margin cost control and profitability targets Prepare and present monthly business performance reports to the Group MD Manage cash flow invoicing milestones and collections in coordination with the Finance team Maintain accurate CRM records pipeline reports and operational dashboards.
Team LeadershipRecruit onboard mentor and retain the KSA field and sales team Set individual KPIs conduct performance reviews and build a high-performance team culture Act as the primary point of escalation for operational and client-related issues in KSA.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Fire Protection, or equivalent); MBA is an advantage. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in the fire protection / passive fire safety industry, with at least 3 years in a senior sales or operations leadership role. Proven track record of managing projects and business operations in KSA; existing client network in KSA is highly preferred. Strong understanding of passive fire protection systems — fire stopping, fire-rated boards, intumescent products, and fire barriers, EIFS, Expansion Joints, and Fireproofing.
Familiarity with KSA Civil Defense approval processes, NFPA codes, SASO standards, and project tender requirements. Commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing P&L and project financials. Valid KSA driving licence or willingness to obtain one.
