Senior Account Director

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Account Director to join one of the Middle East’s leading marketing and advertising agencies, with established presence in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dubai.

This is a senior client leadership role for an accomplished account professional who has earned their position through experience, sound judgement and an ability to build trusted, long-standing relationships. You will oversee a substantial portfolio of clients, spanning multinational groups, government entities and privately owned businesses, with responsibility for both the quality of the work and the strength of the relationships behind it.

We are looking for someone who has built a career rather than simply moved between roles. Longevity, consistency and a strong reputation in the market matter to us. You should be recognised for your integrity, considered approach and ability to earn the confidence of senior clients, colleagues and stakeholders.

• The ability to lead complex, high-value client accounts with clarity, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proven experience managing and developing both client relationships and internal teams.
• The judgement and maturity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
