JASARA PMC is looking for the a Commercial Director bringing at least 20 years of professional experience This leadership role is critical to steering the commercial strategy for our mixed-use development projects ensuring their successful delivery and sustainable growth
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement commercial strategies tailored to mixed-use projects that align with JASARA s vision
- Lead all commercial activities encompassing bidding, contract negotiations, and client relationship management
- Drive business development initiatives to expand project portfolios and market presence
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and legal to ensure robust contract management and risk mitigation
- Oversee commercial team performance, mentoring staff to optimize outcomes
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 20 years experience in commercial leadership roles, specifically within mixed-use developments or relevant sectors.
- Proven expertise in contract management, negotiation, and business development.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing commercial teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Middle East construction and development market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
