Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

Siemens Saudi Arabia is looking for a seasoned Head of Operations & Execution to lead and manage a team of Project Managers focused on Building Management Systems (BMS) and Security Solutions for both SI Building Projects and Service Contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with expertise in BMS and Security solutions. This role requires strategic oversight, leadership, and the ability to drive operational efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

• Leadership and Team Management:
  • oLead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers overseeing SI Building Projects and Service Contracts for BMS and Security Solutions.
  • oDevelop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient project delivery and service excellence.
  • oFoster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the team.
• Project and Service Contract Management:
  • oOversee the planning, execution, and completion of SI Building projects and service contracts, ensuring they meet client requirements and quality standards.
  • oMonitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • oEnsure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope, optimizing resource allocation and utilization.
  • oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction with Siemens’ BMS and Security solutions.
  • oAct as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project and service contract status.
  • oIdentify opportunities for additional services and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Operational Excellence:
  • oDevelop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for project and service delivery.
  • oEnsure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • oDrive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
  • oOversee budget planning, monitoring, and control for projects and service contracts, ensuring financial objectives are achieved.
  • oAnalyze financial reports and project data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and make informed decisions.
  • oImplement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and resource efficiency.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance:
  • oEnsure all projects and services adhere to Siemens’ quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • oConduct regular reviews and inspections to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • oImplement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to address any deviations.
• Strategic Planning and Business Development:
  • oContribute to the strategic direction of Siemens’ operations in Saudi Arabia, focusing on BMS and Security solutions.
